The Soul Cafe launches 8 August 2015 with a presentation and discussion on the Law of Attraction at Holywell Spiritualist Church. The concept of the Soul Cafe is a Mind, Body, Spirit book club without the reading. We take a different topic each month.
The sessions will normally start with presentation by our facilitator before being opened up for group discussion. All done over a coffee and piece of cake. (Decaf and tea also be available.)
The idea is currently causing a stir of interest amongst friends and like minded people in North Wales so we are hoping for a good turn out and great morning of soul inspiring discussion.
The sessions will be determined by the interests of our regular attendees and we are always happy to welcome guest presenters and facilitators.

- Living in the now (including mindfulness and meditation)
- Everything is connected
